Beyond strict adherence to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other federal, state and industry regulations, Maxim Construction’s “Safety First” commitment:

• Requires all employees to understand and strictly adhere to those government/industry
  safety-first guidelines.

• Requires all employees to pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug/alcohol
  tests to ensure alertness and prevent accidents and injuries on the job.

• Requires the clear definition and enforcement of a comprehensive Safety and Health
  program for every project.

• Requires the concerted effort of all people involved in every project, including owners,
  designers, on-site supervisors and construction workers.
